Question:
What Timbren do I need for a 2021 F250 4X4? Is there a difference in the one for the F250 and F350? Thanks.

There is a slight difference between Timbren helper spring models for the 2021 Ford F-250 which would use part # TFR250SDJ and the F-350 which would use # TFR350SDJ.
Timbren makes a great product, but I prefer the SumoSprings # SSR-128-47-2 for trucks with a bump stop perch over the axle or # SSR-129-47-2 for vehicles without the perch. 4x4 vehicles should use the # SSR-128-47-2, but you'll want to check for the bump stop perch to be sure. The SumoSprings are made of a more pliable material and will therefore provide a better ride when your truck is loaded up, which I believe you'd be happier with.
The # TDR1500DQ you'd looked at is a fit for a Ram truck, and wouldn't work on your F-250.
