Yes you can use the Rampage Center Console part # RA39923 in your 1995 Jeep YJ as long as you have the space between the seats for it. The console measures 29" long x 9" wide x 14" tall. The console was designed with minivans in mind but it can be used in any vehicle that has the space.
I have attached a diagram for your reference.
We do offer smaller consoles that are confirmed to fit the 1995 Jeep YJ such as part # RA31515. I have attached a link for those as well.
