Thule's One-Key System makes it easy to secure all of your Thule racks, accessories, and other gear with just a single key. This kit includes 6 keyed-alike lock cylinders that are designed to mount in the empty lock core sockets of your Thule rack or to replace your rack's existing cores. It includes 2 over-molded keys that are comfortable to grip and easy to identify on your key chain, and 1 universal master key for adding or replacing lock cores.
Many Thule products - including roof rack feet - come ready to accept One-Key System cylinders. Just pop out the plastic lock plug, then use the included universal master key to install the new core in its place.
To replace an existing lock core simply unlock it and use the included master key to remove it. Once the existing core has been removed, pop in the new One-Key System lock.

Purchased these to replace the plastic ones that came with the Thule Rapid System Kit 4072. Following your video they were easily replaced and look a lot better than the plastic ones. Also, it is a lot easier to unlock with the nice keys than a screwdriver or quarter. Only needed four but bought 6 in case I need a spare or in case I want to mount something else later.
A simple and effective way to reduce the number of keys required to lock down a bike rack. Installation is quick and easy - make sure you use the generic key for the install (and then save it in a safe place). Key/lock system works smoothly and would recommend.
Very simple to install. Just stick the master key in the cylinder, push the cylinder into the hole on the rack or the carrier, pull out the master key, then use the regular key to lock it. Very convenient to have all the locks on the rack keyed the same.
Best bike rack ever. Assembly was simple . Loading and unloading bikes are quick and easy. The locking system gives you piece of mind knowing your bikes are secure.

A six pack is cheaper the buying by the pair and don't need extra keys. Have other Thule products so no surprises. Delivery time was what was expected.
Shipped and received really quickly. Well packaged and complete. Metal parts are heavy duty (and heavy in weight). Assembly is straight forward and perhaps easiest if assembled right on the vehicle . Good quality machining and welding. Very solid feel when mounted. Just got it yesterday so haven't taken a road trip yet. It does weigh 60 pounds, so installing it on the vehicle will take a bit of strength, or perhaps two people.

After a year of use, loving it. Used with ski rack so far. Will be using for Kayaks coming up this coming year as well. Its is not noisy when driving on highways without gear on it.
