I recommend using the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2 for your 2019 Ford Ranger. We haven't test fit these yet (April 2019) on a 2019 Ranger but these will fit most mirrors that are 4-1/2" to 11-1/2" tall. Since this is a wide variety and we have test fit these to work on other Ford pickups you shouldn't have any issues with your Ranger.

As of right now there are no custom fit options for your 2019 Ranger. I have attached a review video of the K-Source mirrors that you can check out.

Do theses mirrors scratch the mirrors they attach to?

These tow mirrors are designed with rubber pads and rubber straps. When installed correctly, they will not scratch your factory mirrors.

I have these tow mirrors, and they are woefully inadequate for anything longer than maybe 16-18' they are too small, and they vibrate at speed which makes everything in the mirror hard to see. I'm looking for something that is "custom" which should not be hard to find with a popular truck like the ranger with such a high tow rating.

I really wish I had a better solution but there just aren't any custom towing mirrors available for your Ford Ranger. The above-mentioned K-Source units are honestly the best option. Make sure the ratcheting straps are completely tight to try and reduce that vibration.
