The 1990 E150 Ford Van trailer hitch like # 75703 will not fit any F-150 models. For your 1994 Ford F-150 I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75038 which will fit 37.5 inch frame. If you have the 34 inch frame outside to outside, then I recommend the Curt Class III # 13028
