For your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler (New Body Style) I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Class III Trailer Hitch # DT78MR because it features the highest capacities available for your vehicle (4,500 pounds towing and 675 pounds of tongue weight) which just indicates a stronger, more durable hitch even if you don't plan on reaching its limits. It also features a longer receiver tube that will make it easier to attach accessories with the Jeep's rear-mounted spare tire.
Its custom design will use existing holes in the Jeep's frame for a no-drill installation and all the needed hardware is included. I have attached an install video on the 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler that you can use for reference.
I am not sure what you plan on using the hitch for but I have attached a couple links that will take you to our available selection of hitch-mounted bike racks and cargo carriers that you can look through.
If you plan on doing any towing and your Jeep doesn't have the factory tow package you will want to add the Curt T-Connector # C56407 to provide a 4-Way connector to power a trailer's basic signal lights. The custom harness will plug right into factory ports behind the rear tail lights.
I have attached another install video that you can take a look at.
