Question:

Greetings, I have an 2006 motorhome which came with the Roadmaster Falcon 5250 installed. The Falcon 5250 has not been serviced since I it was installed. First, would you recommend the complete kit or will the service kit suffice? Also, I noticed there is a link for a PDF instruction manual on the product pages however when I click on it, I get an error that the document is not available. Since the complete kit does not include an instruction video the service kit does, I want to make sure the instructions for complete kit are complete and easy to follow. Could you e-mail me the instruction document for the complete kit? Thank you,

The best option for your Roadmaster Falcon 5250 tow bar is to use the Complete Repair Kit for Roadmaster Falcon Tow Bar 5250 # RM-910003-55 because it will allow you the most service to your tow bar - replacing its shoulder bolts, bushings, washers and end caps.

I also want to note that you should check the tow bar's serial number; if it is lower than 23240, you will also need 2 of the # RM-200031-00 replacement bushings for a complete repair.

I have added a cut out from the installation instructions for you which shows what the kit contains and the tools you'll need to use it; I have also sent the instructions for you to check out.
