I do have a solution for you to add towing mirrors to your Nissan Titan but unfortunately the CIPA Custom Towing Mirror # CM11551 you referenced is a fit for F-150 pickups.

I believe that you have a 2010 Nissan Titan. If this is the case then I recommend the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # 7070-2 which are compatible with a wide variety of pickups out there. These use straps and clips to secure the mirror to the OEM mirror on your vehicle and give you that extra bit of space you need to safely tow with your Titan. Unfortunately there are no custom fit towing mirror options for your Titan.
