Does Charging Station for RVs # DG61030VP Draw Power Without Devices Connected

What kind if any of power draw is there if no USB devices are connected?

If there isn't a USB device attached to the Charging Station for RVs # DG61030VP it will not draw any amperage at all. There isn't a light or anything else that needs power so it would be totally inactive until something is plugged into it.
