Question:
have a 03 tahoe and the only thing that works on my trailer plug is the left rear turn signal and brake light ! im getting no power to any of the other light blades ! i removed the trailer plug from the harness and checked for corrosion and it was pretty clean ! checked all trailer related fuses all were good even the 40 amp in the under the hood fuse box was in place and good

There is most likely damage to the harness further up the vehicle. I'd trace the wiring forward to see if there's anything that damaged it. You checked the "ends" of the wiring where the problems normally are (fuses and corrosion), if the problem isn't there it has to be on the wiring between the two. I attached a couple help articles on trailer wiring for you to check out as well.
