Yes, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118786 is perfectly compatible with LED lights.

This harness is a fit and work great on a 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Sport S without the factory tow package. I have added a link to an installation video of this part for you to check out as well.

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56407 does not require programming on your '18 Wrangler JL, nor does Connector # 118786. The Curt Harness is a fit for your Jeep and is compatible with LED lights. I have added a link to a video of the Curt harness being installed on an '18 Wrangler for you to check out.
