Question:
Do you know where the trailer brake controller is on a 2019 Ford Explorer with a factory tow package? I havent purchased a controller yet but have looked at the proportional controllers you have available. Whats your recommendation on the bluetooth connected model?

The brake controller install port on a 2019 Ford Explorer can be found in two places. It's either going to be found behind the glove box on the passenger side or it's going to be located to the left of the steering column under the dash taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal. The part # 3035-P is designed to fit this port and install a brake controller like the very popular P3 part # 90195.
The Curt Echo part # C51180 that you mentioned is a really great option. It's so easy to install and works so well that it's hard not to recommend for everyone with a smart phone. Basically you just plug it in to the 7-way you have, sync it with your phone, and you've completed the install. You won't have to try and find the port on your vehicle that I mentioned earlier.
