I do have an option for you but Explorer cargo boxes have not been made for quite some time which means direct fit replacement parts are simply not available. However, we do have the Replacement Lock Core and Key part # SR03807 which many customers have been able to make work on their Explorer cargo boxes therefore this is the best option I have for you.

Unfortunately the hinges are no longer available for the Jet Bag Explorer. Your best option is likely to go with an entirely new box. I've linked our full selection below.

Without the lock core number there is no way to find out which replacement key would open it. The only solution is to drill out the current lock and replace it with the Replacement Lock Core and Key #SR03807
