my wife lost the keys. she claims i did! the cylinder says K115. any advice?

The Jet Bag Explorer is no longer in production, but we may have a replacement key for you. At some point, the Jet Bag Explorer lock cores where made by Thule. The lock core in your picture looks like a Thule lock core, so you might be able to use Replacement Key for Thule Racks and Carriers - N115, part # THKEYN115. If this does not work, you will have to drill out the lock core and get it replaced. We may be able to replace this lock core, but we would need a picture of the lock opening to see if we have something compatible.
