Question:
I have a Jetbag rooftop carrier and have lost the lock key. The # on the front of the cylinder is K124. Do you think you can make me a key with that info?

The correct replacement key for your Thule Jetbag cargo carrier with the K124 lock core is Replacement Key for Thule Racks and Carriers - N124 # THKEYN124. Thule changed their key code letter from K to N at some point in time, which is why the new key is N124 instead of K124. If your key does not go in nice and smoothly right away then that is somewhat normal for a new key and you may have to push in a little harder initially.
