Triple Axle Hanger Spacing for Trailer with 25-1/2 inch Long Springs Loaded

Question:
I have a 2006 Ragen 3605 and after ordering a triple axle kit to replace the equalizers and shackles it turned out to be the wrong kit for the trailer, so I did some measuring on the trailer. Turns out that none of the hangers are spaced the same. From the first to the second hanger it measures 30 inches on center. From the second to third hanger it’s 32 and 7/8 inches on center. From the third to the fourth hanger it measures 30 1/2” on center. The equalizers on the trailer are a dexter brand heavy duty setup. The equalizers from the first to the second axle seam to be correct but the equalizers in between the second and third are not correct and seam to large for the spacing on the trailer. After measuring the spread on the axles it seams the first to second axle is at 35 inches and the second to third is 33”. I have attached some pictures so you can see. I can cut and replace all the hangers if needed to correct the spread but I can’t seam to find what the correct measurements are needed for the equalizers I have. The hangers are five inches tall to center of the spring eye and I have five leaf double eye springs that measure almost at 25.5 inches or a little longer with the weight of the trailer. I’m trying to replace all the shackles, bolts and bushings but I think I have bigger problems now. Thanks.

The distance between the two center hangers will be more than the other distances since there are two equalizers on that leaf spring whereas the front and rear leaf springs only have one equalizer. You also have to consider the width of the equalizers when determining the spacing.
A simple solution would be to replace your hangers and equalizers with the kit part # APTT3 and then use 29-1/2 inches between the hangers for the front axle and then 34 inches between the center axle hangers.
