What year F-350 do you have? I can recommend you a towing setup but I'd need to know what truck you have specifically to be able to make sure everything is correct.

Since you have a short bed truck you'll need a slider hitch to allow you to make tight turns. I really like the Demco Hijacker Auto Slide like part # DM8550034 over the Pullrite hitches mainly because it's height adjustable unlike the Pullirte. You'll need the capture plate part # DM6025 to fit this to a Mor Ryde pin box as well. For a rail kit fits your 2016 Ford F-350 you'd want the custom install kit part # DM8552000-71 as it will install in far less time than a universal kit and will minimize drilling.
