Do the Roadmaster Mud Flaps Connect to the Hitch Receiver or to the Ball Mount?

Question:

Roadmaster Mud Flaps - RM-4400. does this mount on the hitch or on the receiver that is removeable. I change the ball size for my different trailers and dont want to have to remove the mud flaps every time I change the ball size

The RoadMaster RoadWing Removable Mud Flap System for Full Size Trucks - 77" Wide # RM-4400 mount to the removable accessory. This can be a ball mount like you referenced, a bike rack, cargo carrier, or any other accessory. If attached to an adjustable ball mount the shank of the ball mount would not be removed to change the hitch ball size. On a fixed ball mount, you would need to remove the mud flaps to change the hitch ball size as you most likely change the entire ball mount and not re-torque the hitch ball itself each time.

The attached video shows the connection to the tow bar behind a motorhome. I've attached a photo of this fit so you can see the hitch pin connection the receiver collar and the mount for the mud flaps with the bolts to secure it in place.
