Bought a grill gaurd for a 2008 ram 1500 just bought a 2017 ram 1500 but the mounting brackets are different can I get replacement brackets for the grill gaurd

So the grille guards and the mounting hardware are both made to specifically fit the trucks. What that means is that you can't take hardware from a newer truck's fit and adapt an older models grille guard to it.
Only option we have would be a grille guard like the Westin HDX that is confirmed as a fit for the 2017 Ram 1500 part # 57-3545.
