Can u get these in an 8 inch leg

The tallest ceiling garnish that Fan-Tastic Vent offers is the Ceiling Garnish for Fan-Tastic Vents Roof Vent part # FVK1060-81 for white or part # FVK1060-80 for off-white which are both 6" tall. I was not able to find any other manufactures that make an 8" tall ceiling garnish either.
