A brush guard like the Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-3615 or a bull bar like the Aries # AAB35-4013 will mount in the same location as a front hitch receiver. The two will not be compatible because they mount in the same location so you will need to decide between them because there is not a combination option.
If you prefer a front mounted hitch receiver, I recommend the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # C31023 because it is made in the USA.
