You have two models of front receiver hitch from Draw-tite listed for my vehicle. What is the difference? Thanks

I contacted the manufacturer and the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver, 65056, fits years 2011-2014. They had to make a slight change because the bumper/facia was lowered a little on the 2015 along with a slight frame change, so the Draw-Tite Front Mount Hitch # 65078 accommodates those changes and fits years 2011-2016. The manufacturer says that both 65056 and # 65078 are a fit for your 2011 Chevrolet Silverado, but the 65056 has been discontinued because the # 65078 is its replacement.

The only difference between the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver, 65056, and the similar Draw-Tite Hitch, # 65078, is the way in which it mounts to the frame of your 2011 Chevrolet Silverado. While the # 65078 has one side frame mount and two under frame mounts, the 65056 had two side frame mounts.
