Would this front hitch mount up to my 2013 3500HD crew cab Duramax along WITH a Ranch Hand front bumper system?

I recommend the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31023 for your 2013 Chevrolet Silverado. It will come out lower on the truck to clear the Ranch Hand front bumper you have.

The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65078 comes out of the front bumper just below the tow hooks and this is right where the lower cross bar is on your Ranch Hand bumper.
