Based on the dimensions of the Swagman Bike Cover for RVs - Large - 2 Bikes, part # S24FR, it should work to cover the bikes on your Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202.
As you can see by the accompanying diagram, this bike cover measures 70 inches long and 52 inches tall while the EasyFold XT is 48-3/8 inches long 26-3/4 inches tall. So as long as your pair of electric bikes fit within those dimensions the cover will work for you.
