For a transmission cooler for your 2019 Ford F-150 3.5L Ecoboost I recommend the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit w/Barb Inlets # D13503. If you want both the transmission and oil cooler, then I recommend the Derale Combination Transmission and Engine Oil Cooler with Multiple Threads # D15902 for the basic cooler that can be mounted to your radiator.

If you want a cooler that also has the fan so it can be mounted anywhere, then I recommend the Derale Electra-Cool Combo Engine and Transmission Cooler Assembly w/ Fan, -8 AN Inlets - 8 Pass # D15200 along with the Derale Remote Engine Oil Cooler Installation Kit w/Thermostat Fan Control # D15752.
