Based on our research the top of the inside of the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13236 is going to be about 11-3/4" off of the ground when installed on your 2018 Chrysler 300C.
To determine the best ball mount height to keep your towing setup level you simply need to measure from the ground to the bottom of your trailer coupler while it is on level ground and then choose a ball mount that has a rise/drop that will get you as close to level as possible. If your coupler is higher than the receiver then you need a rise, otherwise you need a drop.
One of the most popular ball mount kits that we sell is the etrailer.com Kit # 989900 because it comes with 2 hitch ball sizes, 1-7/8" and 2", as well as 2 ball mounts that have a 3/4" rise/2" drop and a 2-3/4" rise/4" drop. If either of these don't work for you then I have linked our ball mount selection for you to filter through.
A helpful article on choosing a ball mount has also been linked for you to reference.
