Based on my research a hub with a part number 46845 is a hub with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and uses inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649. For this you would be able to use the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized # AKIHUB-545-35-G-K; we do not have any assemblies that come with an oil bath but you can convert this hub to an oil bath with the Kodiak XL ProLube Kit for 3500-lb Axles # XLPROLUBE1980KIT.
It is very important you verify this is the correct hub; in order to do that you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves. Wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper to measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings and grease seal ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure.
Additionally, you need to know your hub's wheel bolt pattern; if you do not know what it is I have added a help article which details how you can find it.
I have also added links to video reviews of the hub and oil bath kit for you to take a look at.
