I have attached a dimensional drawing of the Shackles for Aries TrailChaser Modular Jeep Bumper part # AA2166071 for you. The opening on the shackle that slides onto the d-ring is 1-1/4" so this appears to be exactly what you need. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
