If you're wanting to install the Timbren # TFR350SDJ on your 2022 Ford F-350 then you'll want to measure the distance from where your factory bump stops are installed down to the point of contact on the axle. The Timbren # TFR350SDJ are 7-1/2" tall and according to the manufacturer you need to have 1/2" to 1-1/2" of a gap between the rubber spring and the contact point. If you measure from the place where your OEM bump stop sits down 7-1/2" and the gap that is left is between the 1/2" to 1-1/2" then a space it not needed.

With that said, if the gap is larger than 1-1/2" then you do need to use a 1/2" spacer # TA25722-90P00 or 1" spacer # A25723-90AH00, whichever gets you to that desired spacing between the spring and the contact point. It should also be noted that if you do need to use a spacer you'll need longer bolts than the ones included in the # TFR350DSJ kit; these bolts can be sourced at your local hardware or home improvement store, you'll just need a Grade 8, M10 bolt.

I've also linked a review and installation video on a similar F-350 for you to check out and follow along with if you'll be installing these yourself.

Are the spacers the same for the standard and the extreme service kits? Thanks.
