I have a 2019 Ford F-350 that has a 7-way at the bumper but I need a second one in the truck bed for my slide in camper, what is the easiest way to accomplish that?

For your 2019 Ford F-350 the easiest way to add a second 7-way up in the truck bed is with the 7-way adapter kit part # 41157. This plugs inline with the 7-way you have at the rear of the vehicle and gives you a second one to wire up in the truck bed.
