Question:
Ford factory TBC 2010 F250 XLT Lariat Super Duty does not apply brakes with pedal, slide bar will operate correctly. I have replaced the transducer on the master cylinder and the in dash module. Any suggestion is appreciated!

The issue you described sounds like a problem with the brake light switch and a loss of communication between that and the brake controller. Unfortunately, we do not deal with factory brake controllers so you would need to take your F-250 into a dealer in order to have the system troubleshooted. There are wiring diagrams that will show which wire leads from the brake controller to the brake light switch but we do not have access to these, only a dealer or repair shop will.
With that being said, by the time you have the dealer or a repair shop find and fix the problem you would better better off just purchasing an aftermarket brake controller which in general functions better as well. For this, I recommend taking a look at the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90885 with the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 3034-P which has a lifetime warranty unlike the factory brake controller you have now. You would also be able to tow a trailer with EOH brakes.
Once you plug the new brake controller in you will still need to take the truck to the dealer to have the PCM flashed. This is still likely going to cost less than troubleshooting and fixing the brake controller you have now not to mention you get a brand new controller with much greater functions and features over the factory equipped controller.
I have attached a review video for you as well.
