I want a trailer hitch for my 2018 Toyota RAV4 but don't want to use a stabilizer strap like I see for the Curt if I decide to carry a bike rack.

The Class II Curt hitch part # C12108 for your 2018 Toyota RAV4 would require a stabilizer strap when carrying a bike rack. Even the Class III hitch like the Curt part # C13406 you would need to use a strap like # 18050. What's also really great about this hitch is that it has a concealed cross tube so it isn't as visible as some of the other hitches.
