The hitch for your 2018 Toyota Rav4 that has the best ground clearance is the Curt part # C13406 as it sits the highest and also because only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper which means turning into an elevation change like a steep driveway would not be affected at all since the bumper would still be the lowest part of the rear of the vehicle at the sides of it.
