Do any of the retractable tie downs come with a clip on the hooks

The ShockStrap Ratcheting Tie-Down Straps w Built-in Shock Absorbers - 1-1/2" x 7' - 1K - Qty 2 # 297-7RSDB are not available in the retractable style. This is simply because the shock absorbing element wouldn't be able to be retracted to the spring loaded coil. The manufacturer doesn't make a semi-retractable option at this time.

If you would like a retractable strap instead of the shock absorber, then I recommend the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps w/ Push Button Releases - 1" x 6' - 500 lbs - Qty 2 # 34413 or the 2 " wide 1,333 lb # 34414. If you want the single hook end, then I recommend the CargoBuckle G3 Retractable Ratchet Tie-Down Straps - Bolt On - 2" x 6' - 1,167 lbs # IMF18800.

The CargoBuckle Mini G3 Retractable Ratchet Straps, # IMF111640, and the 2 inch # IMF18800-86 are currently the only retractable straps that include the clip you are seeking. They only have the clip on the anchor end of the assembly. For the other end, you may want to consider the ProGrip Hook Up Tie-Down Strap Hook Holder - 3-3/4" Long - Qty 4 # 317-900200 to keep the hooks from falling off.
