Question:
This is a nice product and I may be overthinking it but want to make sure. I am used to pulling our family camper that has round bars that run horizontal to the trailer frame but sit below the frame. This setup has the trunnion bars on the same plane as the trailer frame and my concern is that during turns they will rub or bind on the trailer frame. Obviously it is possible to turn tighter so I will remove them if needing to back up and turn sharply. I have already maxed out the spacers to give the most extreme angle on the ball head. I also purchased a deeper shank to provide greater . The trailer has an adjustable coupler that i have moved to the 2nd highest setting in an attempt to level the trailer. The truck is air-bagged and currently has near-zero psi. Is it an issue to have the bars running side by side along the frame? I may take up one more link to make the bars parallel with the frame but wanted your thoughts first. Thank you,

Thanks for the pictures! The only thing I would recommend changing on your set up is to add a shank with a deeper drop. I recommend the Curt Weight Distribution Shank 13" Long item # C17124 which has a 9" drop. This would move the bars below your trailer's frame. It would also allow you to mount the sway ball bracket correctly on your item # C17422 system. You have it mounted vertically instead of horizontally on your frame.
