2002 dodge 2500 p/u what is ment by roll pan bumper ,bumper on truchk has frame work behind it ,rolled crome steel cover ?????

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75101 will not fit models with the roll pan bumper. This bumper is molded and normally painted to match the truck and be flush with the tailgate like the attached photo. Your bumper is not a roll pan based on your question, so you can use the Draw-Tite # 75101.
