Question:
I have a Caravan ultra 14 ft. snowmobile trailer with four wheels that has 215-60-8 tires and would like to go to a ten inch tire will these tires work for my application?

You can go to a larger 10 inch tire and wheel as long as you have the wheel well and trailer frame clearance available for the larger size. We typically recommend at least 3 inches of space between the top of the tire tread and the top of the wheel well to allow for suspension travel.
Your existing 215-60-8 trailer tire has an overall diameter/height of 18.1 inches and a width of 8.9 inches. For comparison the Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire and Wheel # AM3H390 that you are wanting to change to has an overall diameter/height of 20.5 inches and a width of 8.3 inches. This means the new tire size will give you a larger diameter by 2.4 inches and actually has a smaller width by 0.6 inches. This Kenda tire has a maximum load of 1,100 pounds at 50 psi.
As long as you have the available wheel well clearance for this larger size you will be able to change to the new tire size without a problem. Also note that the tire and wheel combo you are looking at features a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. You will just want to make sure this matches what you currently have so that it will fit your current hubs. I have attached an article on determining your bolt pattern if you are unsure.
