When I turn the chasers lights on brakes come on too

What you need to prevent your hazard lights from activating your trailer brakes is a pulse preventer part # 5501. This installs like the diagram I attached shows and allows your brake controller to know the difference from when the hazards are on and when the brake pedal is pressed.
