Question:

like the Rockwood mini lite TT, but it doesnt have any clearance for off road travel. do you have an axle less lift kit for that RV? if so, what kind of clearance after the install. thanks.

We do have an axle-less system that will provide your 2022 Rockwood Mini Lite with additional clearance. The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System is what you need. Based on what I have found, you have 3,500 lb axles on your travel trailer. I recommend verifying this information to be sure. Assuming that is correct we have the following options:

-Heavy-Duty 2" Lift Spindle - Standard Tires # TASR35HDS07

-Heavy-Duty 2" Lift Spindle - Off-Road Tires # TASR35HDS06

-Heavy-Duty 4" Lift Spindle - Regular Tires # ASR35HDS05

-4" Lift Spindle - Regular Tires # ASR3500S06

-Heavy-Duty 4" Lift Spindle - Off-Road Tires # ASR35HDS02

This will replace your axle and upgrade your suspension. These are also ideal for off-road conditions since each side works independently. It is safe to assume you will gain the corresponding lift, so 2" or 4", as well as the additional clearance underneath since you won't have an axle running across. I gave the regular and off-road tire options since it sounds like you're taking this off-road and may want to upgrade to larger tires as well.

The # ASR3500S06 would be able to use your existing hubs since it uses the standard 3,500 lb axle bearings. The heavy-duty systems will require new hubs since they use bearings found on 5,200-7k axles.

For a hub and drum assembly you could use the # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K and then # AKEBRK-6 for brakes. You probably have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern on your current wheels so this would also require new wheels and potentially tires that match the 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern.
