Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver and Wiring for 2014 Ford Flex With Dual Exhaust

Question:
2014 Ford flex trailer hitch package. Need to now which one will work for the vehicle that has the duel exhaust and the wire harness as well. Thanks

For your 2014 Ford Flex with dual exhaust I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75679. This is a custom-fit Class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It features a bolt-on installation along with an e-coat base and a powder coat finish for rust protection. This hitch also comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
For wiring, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118472. This plugs into existing wiring and will provide you with a 4-way connection to power your trailer's signal lights. I would choose the Tekonsha wiring over other options since we have found it to be the most reliable.
If you need a ball mount as well, check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
