Will the RoadActive Suspension # RAS3612 Fit with Timbrens Installed on a 2001 Ford E-150 2WD

Question:

Hey, E-trailer Team!! I have a 2001 E150 Econoline, 5.4l, 2WD, that I have already installed a set of your Timbren rear snubbers on. Had a bit of a problem with getting the correct size Timbren was AWESOME with a couple of different sets. Getting together with the Sportmobile factory over in Fresno to add a high roof and a full camper interior. Still not sure what the total extra weight will be, probably 1500 to 1800 pounds. I also have a Hellwig rear sway bar installed and new-ish shocks all around. This setup looks like a good addition to the Timbrens to cope with the full-time weight. I also want to keep away from air anything...just sayin!! Front end to be addressed as needed... THANXXX!!!

If you are wanting to add some additional support to the Timbren System, like part # TFER15087, for your 2001 Ford E-150 2WD then the RoadActive Suspension # RAS3612 is a great option. It won't get in the way of your Timbren system and it doesn't require maintenance like an air bag system would.

Should you end up wanting some front suspension enhancement then I recommend the SuperSprings SumoSprings. These have the same concept as the Timbrens but we have heard from customers that they provide a ride that is a little more smooth. We have part # SSF-106-40 which is rated for 500 lbs and part # SSF-106-47 which is rated for 1,000 lbs.

Please note that any suspension enhancement system, whether front or rear, will not increase the weight capacity of your vehicle. They are only designed to help support a suspension that is in good, working order.
