Does Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly Feature Braking System
Updated 09/25/2018 | Published 09/24/2018 >
Question:
Does this have any type of breaking system? I have to back my trailer down a slight decline before backing it on to a level surface. My trailer weighs approximately 7600 lbs. Thank you.

The Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly # TVXL2 referenced in your question does indeed have an auto-brake function that engages as soon as the steering handle is released. Doing this brings the wheels on the dolly to an immediate stop. I have attached a demonstration video below on this product. If you skip ahead to the 2:25 mark you can see this function in action.
The Trailer Valet XL is rated for trailers that have a gross weight of up to 10,000 pounds and a tongue weight of up to 1,000 pounds. This will work great with your 7,600 pound trailer.
