There are a couple of reasons why you might be getting excessive condensation inside your Everchill Refrigerator like the # 324-000119 that you referenced.
Condensation like what you're describing is typically caused by warm air finding a way inside so the first thing you will want to check is the gasket on the door that keeps a good seal when it's closed. Check to make sure it isn't worn or broken and in need of a replacement. A good at-home test is to place a piece of paper between the door and fridge and close the door on it - if you can easily remove the paper with the door closed without any resistance the gasket isn't providing a good enough seal.
If the gasket is fine then there might be some kind of blockage inside the condensate drain. On this particular fridge the drain is located at the back of the unit and you will need to take the cover off to access it. It is right above the compressor and you will want to look for anything that's keeping condensation from draining properly into the pan.
If you are still having issues please let me know and I will be happy to look into this further.
