The MaxxAir II RV Roof Vent Cover - Black # MA86JR referenced in your question features a universal mounting design that allows it to fit pretty much any standard RV roof vent that measures 14 inches x 14 inches. As long as your Fan-Tastic Fan roof vent is 14 inches x 14 inches this will fit and work well.
