I assume you have either the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2299 or the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs part # F2701 on your 2006 Dodge Ram 3500. If that is the case then you will want to use the Replacement Bail Clamp for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F3292.
