Coachstep on 2007 Holiday Rambler Endeavor Does Not Extend

Question:
step dose not come out , motor runs, fuse is ok, magnet in door works move the magnet over sensor control box clicks.

I have included a picture that shows the troubleshooting steps for the Coachstep brand of RV steps. These steps cover a variety of possible issues. To me it sounds like the control module needs to be replaced, # LC301702. But performing the various tests will narrow done the possible causes.
