Question:

I was wondering of you could help me out. I would like to buy several of these items, but I am not going to use it on a 2015 Dodge as it was designed. I am a fabricator in the Movie Business and I am working on a project for a stunt car. I would like to see if I can slightly modify this hitch to work. Could you give me some measurements so I can see if these hitches will work? I have enclosed a picture of the measurements I need.... 1 the overall width of the hitch, from each end. 2 how tall it is on the flat mounting surfaces. 3 The measurements of the mounting hole patterns. 4 the outer distance from the center to center of the outermost end holes. I can definitely help you out with the measurements you are needing.

I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the Draw-Tite Front Mount Hitch Receiver # 65063 that you referenced. This hitch features an overall width of 43-1/2 inches. From the outer bolt hole on one bracket to the outer bole hole on the other bracket there is a distance of 41-3/4 inches, on center. The bolt holes for each bracket measure 5 inches apart on center horizontally and 2-1/8 inches on center vertically. There is a distance of 7 inches from the mounting brackets to the edge of the receiver.
