need to replace shower head and existing one seems to be metric sizes. Are any of these metric measures and if so what sizes do you have?

We have a range of replacement shower heads that you can see by clicking on the link provided. These typically have either a 3/8-inch fitting like Phoenix Faucets # PF275002 and # PF275005 or a 1/2-inch fitting like # PF275006 and # PF185002.
You can measure the inside diameter of the threaded fitting on your existing shower head and then just click on that dimension on the linked page.
Since most RVs are made in the USA they typically do not use metric fittings.
