Solution for Trailer that Sits Nose High When Towed to Level and Use Lippert Ground Control

When my fifth wheel is hooked up, because of how high my truck is, the trailer does not sit level. The noise sits higher than it should. If I got the auto leveling jacks, and wanted to stay hooked up to our truck but level out the trailer so we could sleep at night in a parking lot, would the auto leveling jacks work for that?

You really need to get your trailer to sit level when you are towing. What you'll want to achieve is at least 6 inches of clearance between the trailer overhang and the bed rails of the truck with the trailer sitting as level as possible.
The Lippert Ground Control Leveling System part # LC358590 that you referenced is a great leveling system but it is not designed to overcome a nose high trailer due to your situation. The rear jacks aren't designed to lift the rear wheels off the ground like you'd need.
Typically what people will do to level trailers in your situation is to lift the trailer suspension.
The diameter of your trailer axle will determine the size of the parts that you will need to order. If your axle is 3 inches diameter, the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit, # K71-385-00, would be a great choice and if your axle is 2-3/8 inch diameter you could use the Over-Under Kit, # K71-384-00. These kits can be installed without welding but the manufacturer strongly recommends having the new spring seat tacked in place on the other side of the trailer axle.
