The 2 inch hitches we offer for your 2018 GMC Terrain don't require any drilling to install. The Draw Tite part # 76419 is a great fit for your vehicle if you have the gas engine. If instead you have a diesel engine you'd want the part # 76217. Both require no frame drilling but the diesel engine version does require some fascia trimming that's not noticeable. I attached a picture that shows the trimmed area.
